Returns and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are accepted on a conditional basis and must be requested within 6–8 days from the date of delivery. Eligible cases may include damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, subject to verification and applicable conditions. Certain items, including perishable or consumable goods, may not be eligible for return or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within a reasonable timeframe.
